The Company was formed in 1984, when Paul Valenti left British Telecom after 10 years service. Within 6 months of trading from his home, the business needed to grow. A shopfront/offices were acquired and the London operation still trades very successfully from these premises today. Within 3 years, the company had a turnover in excess of a million pounds with a staff of 29.

The London based company is run by Paul's father Vincent, who took early retirement after 33 years within management of B.T. & Russell Beatty whose background in the communications market was initially gained through 5 years with B.T's leasing company - General Guarantee Corporation.

In 1992 Paul moved to the New Forest, and in August 1993 formed Telecoms U.K.(South) Ltd in Ringwood, Hampshire. The companies now service a client base of over 3000 customers who have benefited from their wealth of experience.

The companies use their own well trained and equipped installation team and no work is subcontracted out. The engineers have passed all necessary examinations and are fully approved in the installation, programming and training on the Panasonic, Samsung and Goldstar range of equipment.
